Verifying Paypal with Payoneer Master Card is practicable since PayPal requires Credit Card Information for its verification purposes. However, there are tweaks and tricks of doing this since the Payoneer Master Card is only used for verification purposes, but a US account is required to withdraw the cash from PayPal.
You must apply directly to Payoneer staff and ask them to give you a US bank account. It is otherwise referred to as Virtual US Account. Once approved. Add the Payoneer Master Card just like you would do to other cards and PayPal will charge a small fee and send a code in your Payoneer account. You will then lift your withdrawal limit by adding a verification code back to Paypal account. A four digit Pin sent on your Payoneer account.
Then Payoneer Staff will give the details of virtual US account including the name of the Us Account, Account Number and routing number. One you add these, you can withdrawal funds from PayPal to Payoneer and the transfer fee is cheap and takes 2-5 business days.
please note that: As long as one has a valid PayPal account and his/her country is covered by PayPal, one can capitalize on the Payoneer Offered virtual US bank account which is attached to the Payoneer Master Card issued under their Partners. This will allow a person to get a Virtual US checking account where he/she can withdrawal the PayPal funds and use the Payoneer Master Card to withdraw the funds all over the world.
The Prepaid card works in all Master Card Branded ATM's. For those countries not covered by PayPal like pakistan, Nigeria etc, it can't work. I just want to clarify this point.
